All dishes are prepared by experienced cooks of Nepalese origin from original ingredients imported for you straight from India.
The restaurant specializes in dishes prepared in a traditional Indian tandoor oven. Lamb, shrimp, salmon or Indian cheese panels marinated in yogurt with aromatic spices, then grilled in a clay oven. Thanks to the high temperature, the products are baked very quickly and thus remain extremely juicy. The walls of the tandoor clay oven are used to bake traditional Indian bread.
