Two important roads run through Bydgoszcz: national 25 and national road no. 10. The first one assures convenient connection with Wrocław, Poznań, and the airport in Bydgoszcz. The other one links Bydgoszcz with Piła and Szczecin, and in the opposite direction – just like the national road no. 80 – with Toruń.

The centre of Bydgoszcz is a paid parking zone. An hour of parking costs PLN 3.00 (Zone A) and 1,50 PLN (Zone B). However, the fees are obligatory only on weekdays between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Due to the location in the city centre and the closeness of one of the biggest change junctions in the city, i.e. Jagiellonów Roundabout, it’s good to park at the multi-level car park in Moczyńskiego Street (entrance from Jagiellońska Street).

There are 2 multi-storey parkings in the city centre: on the street Jagiellońska 23 (near Hotel City) and on the Pod Blankami Street.
