Information from the Organizer:
We cordially invite you to participate in the “One World – Many Cultures” Congress, which will take place at the University’s headquarters at 55-57 Toruńska Street in Bydgoszcz. The history of the Congress dates back to 2010, when a series of annual international conferences was launched, aimed at fostering broadly understood intercultural dialogue and the exchange of ideas on significant issues facing the modern world. Previous editions of the Congress have attracted a great deal of interest—to date, over 3,000 participants have taken part in the nine editions held so far. Participants have included representatives from the humanities, social sciences, medical sciences, technical sciences, and natural sciences, representing both domestic and international research institutions.

We cordially invite both representatives of the scientific community and individuals from outside the academic sphere to participate in the Congress. A large group of students always takes part in the proceedings. We hope that this year’s edition—following the example of previous years—will be rich in valuable insights and reflections. The theme of this year’s 14th edition of the Congress will be “The Future of Humanity: Between Technology, Crises, and Cultural Change.” This issue calls for research and reflection both from within individual disciplines and from interdisciplinary perspectives.

Numerous accompanying events will be an integral part of this academic gathering.

Articles based on the presentations, after receiving a positive review, will be published in a peer-reviewed scientific monograph by the Kujawsko-Pomeranian Academy Press-Pomeranian Academy Publishing House, listed by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, or in scientific journals included in the Ministry’s list of peer-reviewed publications.
