The Paderewski Festival is a celebration of Ignacy Jan Paderewski in Bydgoszcz. The 4th Paderewski Festival in Bydgoszcz will take place on October 15–25, 2026, under the honorary patronage of Mr. Michał Sztybel, Governor of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. As is tradition, the festival will combine academic and artistic spheres; however, the fourth edition will expand the scope of the lectures to include interesting author talks and presentations of a unique instrument. The speakers at the festival’s lectures will include both distinguished researchers of musical culture—such as Wiesław Dąbrowski from the Paderewski Foundation in Warsaw, Magdalena Majewska, author of a short monograph on Paderewski, as well as talented artists—Georgi Vasilev, Jacek Szczepański, William Yang, winner of the 4th prize at the Chopin Competition, and erhu player Yuebo Sun.
