November is a time when we visit cemeteries more often than usual.

We pause at the graves, reading the names, dates, and sometimes brief words carved into the stone. But behind these names lie stories—of people, places, and events that haven’t always survived in our memory.

During this special time, the Zabytek Project invites you to take walks through cemeteries and memorial sites. We’ll search for traces of the past and share stories that can still be found throughout the city.
