“Goose is best on St. Martin’s Day!”

Join us for a unique fall weekend in the heart of Bydgoszcz! Bydgoszcz Goose Feast on St. Martin’s Day is a celebration of Polish tradition, regional cuisine, crafts, and the atmosphere of the St. Martin’s Day fair.

For three days, Wyspa Młyńska will be filled with the aromas of fall dishes, the glow of lanterns, and the flavors of Polish artisanal products.

GOOSE MEAT AND FALL FLAVORS
Goose meat will be the star of the event!
In the culinary zone, you’ll be able to sample goose dishes, pierogi, pâtés, regional cured meats, cheeses, breads, honeys, preserves, pastries, croissants, and other fall delicacies.

THE GREAT GOOSE COOK-OFF
One of the main attractions will be a spectacular cooking demonstration using a giant outdoor frying pan!
Chefs will prepare an aromatic goose dish right before the audience’s eyes, talk about the culinary traditions of St. Martin’s Day, and the event will conclude with a free tasting for everyone.

ST. MARTIN’S PROCESSION AND LANTERN LIGHT
St. Martin on horseback, a red cloak, children, and entire families with colorful lanterns—we want the city to glow with hundreds of lights that evening.

For the youngest visitors, we’ll also host lantern-making workshops, and you’ll be able to take your lanterns with you in the parade.

POLISH MANUFACTURING AND CRAFTS FAIR

At the booths, you’ll find carefully selected exhibitors:
* local and regional products
* cheeses, honey, and preserves
* baked goods and sweets
* natural products
* ceramics
* candles and decorations
* handicrafts
* autumn crafts

Plus live music, cooking workshops for kids, demonstrations, tastings, and a family-friendly atmosphere.

It will be a weekend full of flavors, light, and Polish tradition.

Admission to the event is free.
