Information from the Organizer:
As we do every year, on behalf of the Bydgoszcz railway community—including the Catholic Association of Polish Railway Workers and the Railway Technical School in Bydgoszcz — we are honored to invite all residents of Bydgoszcz to participate in the 2026 Railway Workers’ Day celebrations—a day that brings together generations, railway traditions, and a passion for railways!

10:30 a.m. – The official celebrations begin with Holy Mass at the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Bydgoszcz.

The program also includes:
A march accompanied by the Brass Band from Piastowski Square to the Railway Technical School (approx. 1.5 hours after the start of the Mass),
Laying of wreaths at the monument—located near the former Railway Administration building—on Dworcowa Street,
Open House at the SMKB Railway Heritage Chamber (12:00 PM–5:00 PM) — a direct continuation of the Bydgoszcz Railway Junction Museum Center,
Refreshments—coffee and cake for guests.

This year’s important anniversaries (200 years of railways, 175 years of railways in Bydgoszcz, 100 years of Polish State Railways) and our city’s railway traditions simply call for a celebration together.

YOU ARE INVITED.
