What Does Bydgoszcz Sing About? Music, Memory, and the 5th Anniversary of the Rother Mills
On November 11, we celebrate not only National Independence Day, but also the fifth anniversary of Rother’s Mills opening to visitors. This is a special anniversary for us and a great reason to celebrate together with the residents.
This time, we’ll come together around music that bridges generations, evokes memories, and allows us to rediscover even the most familiar stories.

On this day, the Mill’s mezzanine will be filled with music! There will be three concerts:
12:45 – 1:45 p.m. Soul Singers
2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. AMFN Accordion Quintet
4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Six Brass Band

We also invite you to explore the permanent exhibitions at Młyny at special, discounted ticket prices. At 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., you’ll also have the opportunity to take part in a themed guided tour of the exhibition “Knots: A Story of a City by the River” - “Bydgoszcz’s Path to Becoming a UNESCO City of Music” and learn more about our city’s musical history.

We also encourage you to take part in the other attractions:
11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. “The Music District—From Concept to Reality,” a meeting at the Nowe Miejsce café with Dr. Agnieszka Wysocka
12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. open chill zone
12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. workshop zone, where you can create your own magnets and photo frames
12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Bydgoszcz Unplugged Games Zone—a chance to play board games
12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Młyńskie Social Archive booth
2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. Radio play “They Won’t Let Us Speak Loudly” at the Nowe Miejsce café

We’ll wrap up the celebration with a concert by the band AJAKS at 6:30 p.m.
