Location: Gdańsk Forest (starting at the closed Gdańsk Forest tram terminal)

Sunday, November 29, 12:00 p.m.

The “Live Herbarium” walking tour series focuses on the usefulness of plants to humans and their importance in the environment, the cyclical nature of the seasons, and how environments change throughout the year. Do plants growing in the city serve only a decorative purpose? Can we use plants to improve our well-being? How can we make use of nature’s gifts while also caring for the environment?

During the sessions, we’ll learn to identify some Polish medicinal plant species and explore the theoretical foundations of responsible herb gathering.
