An installation on Mill Island based on an idea by Wacław Kuczma, created as part of the Mobile Museum.

"I was born in a house with windows overlooking Mill Island. I placed my Chairs opposite that house. Although parts of that house are no longer there, the place still exists—not only physically. It exists metaphysically, stored beyond consciousness. The eternity of a happy childhood. For me, the form of two chairs symbolizes bonds, emotions, and the happy years of growing up. We would sit on the chairs, with our parents or grandparents beside us. There is a beautiful warmth in this—where home is our parents. Later, that home becomes the person with whom we spend our lives. The beginning of this beautiful home is by the Island, which was once more beautiful. It was natural. It was in this very space that the values of my present were born. I dedicate this work to my grandparents, my parents, and Dorota, who is my home."
